"Well, I don't know how shifters work... but if you retain that I've got 2 peices of advice for you." pixel counted off "Don't be a pixie between midnight and sunrise, you'll be in the Reverie which isn't fun... And Don't be a female pixie during the summer solstice, unless you feel like laying eggs." Pixel shrugged and petted rover "Other then that, I'm happy with what I am."

"I'll remember that. And my thinking is that." Sara had forgotten to keep her wings going and dropped then started to flutter again when she began to drop. "Is that Shifters, well most of the other species, have a different type of magic than Pixies do. Mostly because we all have Human and natural forms."

Pixel shrugged "I wouldn't know, I can't shape the Mana... So I build robots." which got a metallic Bark from rover.

"Not many can shape their magic; except maybe the Witches. I guess it just goes down to the individual species," Sara said.

"Yeah, what I build anyone could do if they took the time to learn." Rover whined slightly as a little bit of thunder is heard in the distance "Eep, that's our cue to leave. He's not waterproof yet."

Sara looked and thought she recognized the source of the thunder. She zipped up and looked in the general direction the sound came from.
So, Wyld kept her promise and put a wall up, Drake thought as he approached it. He studied the names that had been etched onto the marble and thought he heard a small zipping sound. He waved his hand around his head, believing it was a fly.
Sara got mad at that. She looked at Pixel. "I think I recognize this guy," she said.

"Good or bad?" Pixel asked, illiciting a growl from rover

"Good. Like I said, I think I recognize him."
Sara began to take her Human form, grateful that she had on her skin tight clothes. Of all the clothes that she had worn, it was the skin tight clothes that worked the best on Shifting between forms.
Drake watched the transformation of a foot and a half creature into a Human form. When he saw the face, he instantly recognized Sara; his face showing it. "
"Sara?!! I can't believe it."
"Hi, Drake."

Pixel simply stayed back and observed, Something about Drake's mana made her feel uncomfortable, much moreso then Sara's.

"How long has it been," Sara asked.
"Nearly 8 centuries," Drake replied.
Sara finally remembered Pixel. "This is Pixel," she introduced. "A Pixie."
Drake knelt down to Pixel's level and gave a polite smile. "Hello. I'm Drake."

Pixel shivered a bit but extended a hand "P.... pleased to meet you." Rover looked confused, not able to sense the mana that Pixel could.

Sara looked at Pixel, a bit confused. The Pixie was just fine until Drake arrive.
Drake accepted Pixel's hand with the same smile. "Please to meet you, too."
"Pixel, are you okay," Sara asked.

Pixel shook her head "Ugh... His mana gives me the heebie jeebies... reminds me of the time a dragon flew over the Circle... There was panic and chaos..."

Sara and Drake shared a look. She knew that Drake was a Dragon, having been there when the gypsy Witch had lifted the curse she had placed on him.
"Drake's a Dragon. And I'm certain he won't harm you," Sara said.
Drake nodded. "You have no worries from me, Pixel."

Pixel was still fighting instinct to fly away fast and nodded "S... Sorry. When you're this small, dragons may as well be moving mountains. No offence, sir. It's instinct."
