Welcome to our little town, we hope you enjoy your stay. Just like every other small town, we have our quirks. We live our lives in raincoats and boots, our houses are all built on little stilts. The occasional flood could happen at any time, but don't worry, you can take the ferry should that occur. A little tip, don't fret over the weather each morning, the temperature never rises above sixty five degrees, you're going to need a jacket. Shorts and t-shirts are inadvisable for the two seasons we have here in Deluga: rainy and snowy. Jumping in puddles is encouraged, but pushing is not. Please take it into consideration that trespassing is illegal and punishable by fine and imprisonment in our lovely little town. Like everyone else, we have our secrets...

We may seem like your average small town on the surface, but look a little deeper, and you'll see that even our depths are murky. The incessant rain has made us a hotspot for recluses and people that generally don't want the world to find them. Which makes everyone living here by choice just a little, if not a lot, insane.

The government runs a secret research facility somewhere outside of town, and Deluga is its guinea pig. Disappearances are not unheard of, but most of them come back three or so days later. What happened to the unfortunate few? No one can say, not even them. It's as if they had no recollection at all of being missing, and the ones that do aren't in any state of mind to talk about it.

What'll it be? Will you stay awhile? Come, pull up a chair on the front porch, we can watch the people go by and try to unravel the mystery that is our fair town of Deluga, where the rain never stops.
